Fatstat 120 Capsule is a medicine used in the treatment of obesity. It helps the body in blocking the absorption of fats from the small intestines and stomach.

Fatstat 120 Capsule is generally taken orally 3 times daily during (or up to 1 hour after) each main meal containing fat. It can also be taken up to 2 hours after midmeal. It works best when it is used along with regular physical activity and a healthy diet. It should not be taken for a long term unless your doctor tells you to do so. For better efficacy of the medicine, fat-rich foods should be avoided along with the medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Fatstat 120 Capsule is to be taken with food. Avoid Fatstat 120 Capsule with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter, and meat.

Fatstat 120 Capsule is a lipase inhibitor. It works in the stomach and small intestine by blocking the absorption of fat from food by blocking enzymes responsible for the breakdown of fat.

Skip your dose if you miss a meal or if your meal contains no fat. A multivitamin supplement containing vitamins A, D, and K is recommended when taking Fatstat 120 Capsule.

Additionally, refrain from using Fatstat 120 Capsule if you are currently taking cyclosporine medication or blood thinners like warfarin. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should also avoid this medication.
You should adhere to a low-calorie, low-fat diet while taking Fatstat 120 Capsule. Consuming high-fat meals with Fatstat 120 Capsule may increase the risk of undesirable side effects. Prioritize vegetables and fruits, consume smaller portions, maintain regular mealtimes, and avoid skipping any meals.
While alcohol does not interfere with the action of Fatstat 120 Capsule, it is recommended to minimize or avoid alcohol consumption. Alcohol contains calories and can contribute to weight gain; therefore, it is best to avoid alcohol for optimal weight loss.
Fatstat 120 Capsule starts working relatively quickly, within 24-48 hours of consumption. Some individuals may notice fat in their stools as early as this time frame.
Exercise can be highly beneficial for weight loss and maintaining a reduced weight. Incorporating an exercise regimen and adhering to a low-calorie diet will help maintain your weight even after discontinuing the medication.
