How it works
Fastened Cold Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Cetirizine is an antihistamine medication that treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Caffeine is a stimulant that decreases sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.

Fastened Cold Tablet is used to get relief from the symptoms of common cold. It can make you restless, so don't take it too close to bedtime. Do not take it with any other medicine containing (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. Stick to simple meals and avoid fatty or spicy foods to avoid nausea after taking this medicine. Take plenty of fluids, especially warm water, soup, etc. to feel better in common cold.
