How it works
Faronem CV Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Faropenem and Clavulanic Acid. Faropenem is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Faropenem against bacteria.
Quick Tips
Faronem CV Tablet is used for the treatment of bacterial infections. Stick to simple meals, avoid rich or spicy food and drink plenty of water while taking Faronem CV Tablet. Try to drink plenty of water while you are taking Faronem CV Tablet. Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Faronem CV Tablet. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
