Faithflam 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist. This medicine may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with heart, kidney, liver problems, or stomach ulcers. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.

Do not take Faithflam 100 mg/500 mg Tablet with any other medicine containing paracetamol without asking your doctor first. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Faithflam 100 mg/500 mg Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers before taking this medicine.
