Expowin AM Syrup is a combination of Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens mucus for easier coughing. Levosalbutamol acts as a bronchodilator by relaxing airway muscles and widening them. Guaifenesin works as an expectorant, decreasing the stickiness of mucus and aiding its removal from airways.
