Exo M 10mg/120mg Tablet is a combination medication designed to alleviate allergy symptoms including runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion. It contains Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist that reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and Fexofenadine, an antiallergic that blocks histamine responsible for allergy symptoms. While effective, it may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Alcohol consumption should be avoided as it may increase drowsiness. Consult your doctor before use, especially if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Exo M 10mg/120mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
