Exipain P 100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Exipain P 100mg/325mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Do not take Exipain P 100mg/325mg Tablet with any other medicine containing paracetamol (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Exipain P 100mg/325mg Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. In case of muscle pain, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief along with taking Exipain P 100mg/325mg Tablet. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers before taking this medicine.
