Short Description

Exinol 4 Tablet is an antiepileptic medication used to treat epilepsy (seizures) in people who have repeated seizures (fits). It helps reduce the frequency of seizures that affect a part or whole of the brain.

Introduction

Exinol 4 Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day, preferably before going to bed. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor as it has a high potential of habit-forming. If you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may increase seizure frequency.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Exinol 4 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Exinol 4 Tablet is an antiepileptic medication. It prevents seizures in patients with epilepsy by blocking a receptor in the brain known as the glutamate receptor thereby suppressing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Take a healthy diet along with regular exercise. Monitor your weight regularly. Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior new or worsening depression or suicidal thoughts or behavior.
