The key ingredients include GeIatin, Purified Water, Fish Oil, Glycerin, Lycopene, Liquid Sorbitol 70% (Non-crystallizing), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, White Bees Wax, Lecithin, Edible Vegetable Oil, (Arachis Oil), Vitamin E Acetate and Colour. It contains permitted synthetic food colour (ins 172 (i)).

One soft gelatin capsule daily.
