Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew crush or break it. Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet helps relieve pain due to muscle spasm. It may cause dizziness and fatigue. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Regularly monitor your blood pressure while taking this medicine particularly in the first two weeks after starting treatment. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers heart diseases high blood pressure and liver or kidney disease.
Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet should be continued as long as prescribed by your physician for long-term pain relief. It can be discontinued if used for short-term pain relief only.
Yes, some patients may experience dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) after taking Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is best to rest for a while and resume once you feel better.
The use of Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet is contraindicated for individuals with known allergies to NSAIDs or their components/excipients. It should also be avoided in patients with history of stomach ulcers, active or recurrent bleeding ulcers, and those with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, or liver or kidney disease.
Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet can be taken together with Vitamin B-complex preparations. While Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex may help correct any vitamin deficiencies that could contribute to the symptoms.
Long-term use of Etothaksh-T 4 Tablet can potentially lead to kidney damage.
