Frequently asked questions
Can I stop taking Etogil-MR Tablet when my pain is relieved?
Etogil-MR Tablet should be continued for as long as advised by your physician if used for long-term pain relief. It can be discontinued if used for short-term pain relief.
Can the use of Etogil-MR Tablet cause dizziness?
Yes, Etogil-MR Tablet may cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady, or lightheaded) in some patients. If you experience dizziness or lightheadedness, it is advised to rest and resume as soon as feeling better.
Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Etogil-MR Tablet?
Etogil-MR Tablet can be harmful for patients with known allergy to painkillers (NSAIDs) or any of its components or excipients. It should also be avoided in individuals with a history of stomach ulcers or active, recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding. Use is also not recommended for patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.
