Etocil-TH Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside. It is used to relieve pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers causing pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, improving pain and movement of muscles. Common side effects may include dizziness and fatigue. It is important to monitor blood pressure regularly while taking this medicine, especially in the first two weeks. Consult your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Etocil-TH Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
