Estrajin 2mg Tablet is a type of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) that is used to relieve symptoms of menopause. It is to be swallowed with water and can be taken with or without food, but remember to take it at a fixed time each day for better efficacy. The dose and duration will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to control your symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Estrajin 2mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Estrajin 2mg Tablet contains a medication called estrogen (female sex hormone). It works by replacing estrogen that is normally produced by the body. Common side effects associated with Estrajin 2mg Tablet include lower abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, endometrial hyperplasia (thickening of uterine lining) and vaginal discharge. Most of these symptoms are temporary. However, if they persist, see your doctor as soon as possible.

Estrajin 2mg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with: * Abnormal vaginal bleeding; * Liver disease or bleeding disorders; * Pregnancy or known allergy to Estrajin 2mg Tablet. Patients with a history of uterine or breast cancer, stroke, or heart attack, as well as those with a history of blood clots, should avoid this medicine.
Estrajin 2mg Tablet may cause either weight gain or weight loss. This is a common side effect. Regular exercise and a balanced, nutritious diet can help prevent weight gain. If you experience significant weight change, consult your doctor.
Take Estrajin 2mg tablets exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Swallow the tablets whole with water. You can take them at any time of day, but it's best to do so at the same time each day.
