Esorut HP 750mg/500mg/40mg Tablet is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as per the prescription. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Esorut HP 750mg/500mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Amoxycillin, Clarithromycin and Esomeprazole, which treats stomach/intestinal ulcers caused by the bacteria. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic which works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Clarithromycin is also an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Finish the prescribed course of medicine even if you start to feel better. Stopping it early may make the ulcer harder to treat. Stop taking Esorut HP 750mg/500mg/40mg Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you develop an itchy rash, swelling of the face, throat or tongue or breathing difficulties while taking it.
