Can Esoact 20mg Tablets be safely used with domperidone?

Yes, Esoact 20mg Tablets can be safely taken with domperidone. A fixed-dose combination of these two medicines is also available. Can antacids be taken along with Esoact 20mg Tablets?

Yes, you can take antacids along with Esoact 20mg Tablets. It is advised to take them two hours before or after taking Esoact 20mg Tablets.

It's crucial to discuss the potential increased risk of side effects with your doctor when using them long-term.

What are the potential long-term side effects of Esoact 20mg Tablets?

If used for more than three months, certain long-term side effects may occur. These include low magnesium levels in the blood, which can cause fatigue, confusion, dizziness, shakiness, or irregular heartbeat. Prolonged use beyond a year may increase the risk of bone fractures, stomach infections, and vitamin B12 deficiency, leading to anemia and symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, indigestion, loss of appetite, flatulence, or nerve problems like numbness, tingling, and difficulty walking.

Can Esoact 20mg Tablets be stopped if symptoms improve?

Can Esoact 20mg Tablets cause weight gain?
