Esiresp LS Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Esiresp LS Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Esiresp LS Syrup may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. If you are diabetic, monitor your blood glucose regularly while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a history of thyroid or heart disease. Stop taking Esiresp LS Syrup and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache.
Esiresp LS Syrup is a combination of Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens the mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator, which relaxes airway muscles and widens airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of the mucus and helps remove it from the airways.

However, some patients may experience common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, allergic reactions, dizziness, headache, rash, urticaria, tremor, palpitations, muscle cramps, and increased heart rate. If you experience any persistent problems while taking this medicine, consult your doctor immediately.
Esiresp LS Syrup should not be used in patients with a history of allergy to any active or inactive ingredients. Levosalbutamol and beta-blockers such as propranolol should not usually be taken together.
Yes, use of Esiresp LS Syrup can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady, or lightheaded) in some patients. If you experience dizziness, rest and resume taking the medication when feeling better. Do not drive or operate machinery while experiencing dizziness.
Yes, use of Esiresp LS Syrup can cause diarrhea in some patients. In case you experience diarrhea, drink plenty of water or other fluids. If diarrhea persists and you notice signs of dehydration (e.g., decreased urination, dark-colored and strong-smelling urine), consult your doctor. Do not take any additional medications without consulting your doctor.
Keep this medicine in its original container or packaging, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions on the pack or label. Do not allow pets, children, or other people to consume this medication. Dispose of any unused medicine properly.
