Introduction
Equirest M Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium, and Milk Of Magnesia. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut, stopping sudden muscle contractions, and relieving cramps, pain, and bloating. It can be taken with or without food, but it is advised to take it at the same time each day. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. If you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important to not stop this medicine suddenly without talking to the doctor.

How it works
Equirest M Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium, and Milk Of Magnesia. Chlordiazepoxide works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain. Clidinium is an antispasmodic medicine which relaxes the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). Milk Of Magnesia is a laxative that works by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis, making the stools soft and easier to pass.
