Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it..Epsolape 300mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It's crucial to discontinue the medication only under your doctor's supervision. If necessary, they will gradually reduce your dose before completely ceasing the medication.
Overdose of Epsolape 300mg Tablet can lead to various symptoms such as jerky eye movements (nystagmus), unclear speech, loss of balance, tremor, muscle stiffness or weakness, nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness, fainting, blurred vision, slow and shallow breathing, coma. In severe cases, overdose can result in low blood pressure and respiratory complications leading to potential death.
It is recommended not to take Epsolape 300mg Tablet if you have liver disease, especially if there's a history of liver problems associated with this medication. Patients currently taking Delavirdine (used in HIV treatment) should also avoid taking Epsolape 300mg Tablet as it may impact the effectiveness of Delavirdine and potentially lead to resistance.
Epsolape 300mg Tablet can be safely combined with ibuprofen without any reported drug-drug interactions. However, it's always advisable to consult your doctor before combining these medications.
