Epnone 25mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. It is a potassium-sparing diuretic that works by stopping aldosterone from increasing blood pressure and reducing fluid around the heart. It is used to improve heart function after a heart attack and prevent heart attacks, strokes, or heart failure getting worse. You should keep using this medicine as it has been prescribed, even if you feel well. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Epnone 25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It may increase the level of potassium in your blood. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli. Your doctor will regularly check your kidney function and the amount of potassium in your blood while you are on this medicine. Notify your doctor if you experience dizziness, diarrhea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, swelling in feet, or difficulty breathing. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
