If you are being treated for high blood pressure, lifestyle changes such as taking regular exercise and changes to your diet may increase the effectiveness of this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Epletag 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Epletag 50mg Tablet affects you. It may increase the level of potassium in your blood. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli. Your doctor will regularly check your kidney function and the amount of potassium in your blood while you are on this medicine. Notify your doctor if you experience dizziness, diarrhea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, swelling in feet, or difficulty breathing.
