Capsule
Endospore 200mg Capsule should be taken in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It should be swallowed whole and can be taken with food. To get the most benefit, take this medicine at evenly spaced times and continue using it until your prescription is finished, even if your symptoms disappear after a few days. If you stop the treatment too early, the infection may return and if you miss doses you can increase your risk of infections that are resistant to further treatment. Tell your doctor if the infection does not get better or if it gets worse.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Endospore 200mg Capsule is to be taken with food.

Endospore 200mg Capsule is used to treat fungal infections caused by Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., and Epidermophyton floccosum. This medicine can be prescribed to treat ringworm, infection of the feet, or infection in the groin and buttocks. It also treats persistent nail and toenail infections as well as candidiasis (yeast) infections of the vagina, mouth, or throat in patients with lower disease resistance. Endospore 200mg Capsule is used for cryptococcal infection and infections caused by Histoplasma, Aspergillus, and Blastomyces.
The dose and duration of treatment depend on the type and site of infection and your response to the treatment. For example, if you are taking Endospore 200mg Capsule for athlete’s foot (fungal infection of the skin on the feet and between the toes), the dosage might need to be taken for 30 days. However, the treatment duration can vary depending on the type of fungal infection and your doctor's recommendations. For candidal infections of the vagina, the dosage may span from one day to three days depending on the dosage advised by your doctor.
No, you should not stop taking Endospore 200mg Capsule without completing the entire course. Doing so may not completely cure the fungal infection. It usually takes about six to nine months for nail lesions to disappear because after the medicine eliminates the fungus, new nail growth can take several months. If you do not see any improvement during the treatment, it is important to remain consistent with the prescribed dosage and duration.
Your doctor might be checking your liver function while on Endospore 200mg Capsule. The medication can potentially cause serious liver damage. If you experience any signs of liver dysfunction, such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, dark urine, or abdominal pain, immediately inform your doctor.
Endospore 200mg Capsule can be used by the body if there is sufficient acid in the stomach. Medicines for heartburn, indigestion, or ulcers neutralize the acid produced by the stomach. Therefore, take antacids or any such medication about two hours after taking Endospore 200mg Capsule. If you are taking antacid medicines (medicines that stop the production of stomach acid), take Endospore 200mg Capsule capsules with a drink of cola.
Drug resistance can occur when fungi change in your body, rendering the medication ineffective. This process, known as drug resistance, has been reported for some Candida species (Krusei, Glabrata, and Tropicalis). It is important to note that Endospore 200mg Capsule should not be used for infections caused by these species. Always follow the prescribed course of treatment to prevent or minimize the development of resistance.

Your doctor did not prescribe Endospore 200mg Capsule to your friend because this medication can interact with dofetilide, a drug that interferes with the heart's electrical activity and could cause adverse effects.
