Introduction

Endoflozin S 10/50 Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. It is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control. It helps in proper utilization of insulin, thereby lowering the blood sugar level. It can be taken with or without food at any time of day but try to take it at the same time every day. The dose will be decided by your doctor and don’t stop taking it without consulting them.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Endoflozin S 10/50 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Urinary tract infection Nasal congestion Sore throat Upper respiratory tract infection Fungal infections in the genital area Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol, or if you delay or miss a meal Constant dizziness, joint pain, cold-like symptoms, or unexplained nausea/vomiting

Avoid excessive alcohol intake while taking this drug as this may increase the risk of some side effects.

Endoflozin S 10/50 Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin increases urinary glucose excretion and reduces blood glucose levels. Sitagliptin reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver by raising insulin levels and decreasing the levels of glucagon (the hormone that increases blood glucose level).
