Endobloc 10 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Endobloc 10 Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Endobloc 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding. Females with reproductive potential should use a reliable form of birth control while using and 1 month after stopping Endobloc 10 Tablet as it is toxic to an unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you notice weight gain, swelling of your arms and legs, or difficulty breathing.
