Enaro 2.5mg Tablet can be prescribed either alone or in combination with other medicines. It should be taken on an empty stomach. This medicine should be taken at the same time each day to get the most benefit. It is important to continue taking it regularly even if you feel well or even if your blood pressure is controlled. Most people with high blood pressure do not feel ill but if you stop taking this medicine your condition could get worse. This is a widely used medicine and is considered safe for long-term use.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Enaro 2.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

In rare cases, Enaro 2.5mg Tablet may cause liver damage, including yellowing of the skin and eyes (jaundice), loss of appetite, and increased liver enzymes.
Combining Enaro 2.5mg Tablet with hydrochlorothiazide can further lower blood pressure and increase the risk of kidney failure, especially if you experience symptoms such as reduced urine output, swelling, shortness of breath, or seizures.
It's not recommended to take Enaro 2.5mg Tablet and ibuprofen together, as this combination may increase the risk of kidney damage.
Enaro 2.5mg Tablet starts reducing blood pressure within a few hours, but it may take several weeks to see full benefits.
You may need to take Enaro 2.5mg Tablet for an extended period (even lifelong) until serious side effects arise or a doctor advises otherwise.
