During radiotherapy, chemotherapy, abdominal infection, or any major surgeries, the dead cells in the body start releasing a chemical called serotonin directly into the blood. Later, this stimulates special centers in the body that are responsible for inducing vomiting in your child. Giving Emikind Pet Syrup just before the procedure helps block the effect of this chemical on vomiting centers of the brain and prevents vomiting.
Emikind Pet Syrup effectively controls nausea and bouts of vomiting reflex in children undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy sessions. It is fast-acting and starts working within 30 minutes. Practice self-care measures: Give plenty of fluids to your child to avoid dehydration Avoid giving fried and spicy food or heavy meals to your child. Ensure that your child eats slowly and in small proportions.
Emikind Pet Syrup is typically prescribed by doctors to prevent vomiting before major surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy sessions. It may also be used to treat vomiting caused by stomach diseases. Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your child's doctor for best results.
If you accidentally give your child an extra dose of Emikind Pet Syrup, it is unlikely to cause harm. However, it is essential to consult your child's doctor immediately in case of any symptoms such as excess sleepiness, agitation, rapid heartbeat, or other signs of serotonin syndrome.
Store Emikind Pet Syrup at room temperature, away from direct heat and light. Keep all medicines out of reach and sight of children to avoid accidental intake.
Inform your child's doctor about any other medicines your child is taking before starting Emikind Pet Syrup. Also, check with their doctor before giving any additional medicine to your child.
Call your child's doctor immediately if they develop symptoms of serotonin syndrome such as irregular heartbeat, green-colored vomiting, inability to pass wind, pale skin and eyes, dark-colored urine, restlessness, or insomnia.
Avoid giving Emikind Pet Syrup to your child if they are already taking medicines for depression or migraines as this may lead to serotonin syndrome. Consult their doctor before administering any additional medicine.
