Vitamin B12 is important for growth, cell reproduction, blood formation, and protein and tissue synthesis. It also helps to treat anemia, fatigue, and numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.

Elicta 1000mcg Injection can be administered either intravenously or intramuscularly. The usual dose is 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Elicta 1000mcg Injection), and it is given three times a week. After two months, the dosage becomes once every one to three months as part of maintenance therapy.

Avoid injecting the medication at the same site repeatedly. If you experience severe pain or if blood flows back into the syringe, remove the needle and re-inject it at a different location.
