Eleron Drop

Eleron drop is a medication containing Iron(III) Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex, a non-ionic ferric salt that provides 100% elemental iron for the treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anaemia.

Introduction

Eleron drop is a superior alternative to conventional ferrous salts due to its unique properties. As a ferric salt, it does not produce toxic free radicals, does not damage cells, and does not require conversion to a soluble form for absorption. This results in fewer side effects and improved absorption.

Eleron drop can be taken orally with water, after meals. Use under medical supervision.
