Elata Tablet is a medicine used to treat uterine fibroids and their associated symptoms such as painful periods, heavy bleeding, and pelvic pain. It is a selective progesterone receptor modulator that works by modifying the action of progesterone (natural female hormone). It is used either before surgery of fibroids or for intermittent treatment of fibroids. It helps reduce their size, stops or controls bleeding, and increases your red blood cell count.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Elata Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
