Ecoral Tablet is a combination of two nutritional supplements: Calcium and Vitamin D3. Calcium is added as a dietary supplement when the amount of calcium taken in the diet is not enough. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food. It is prescribed when your diet alone cannot provide the necessary calcium your body needs. It increases the absorption of calcium and helps to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ecoral Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Along with taking Ecoral Tablet, maintain a healthy lifestyle, include calcium-rich food in your diet and exercise (regular weight-bearing exercise) with your doctor's advice.
