Ebspor Cream is an antifungal medication. It kills and stops the growth of the fungi by destroying its cell membrane thereby treating your skin infection.
Ebspor Cream helps treat skin infections caused by many different types of fungi. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It can take a few weeks for the infection to clear and a few months before the skin returns to its normal color. Apply an amount sufficient to cover the affected area and 1 inch of the immediate surrounding skin. Apply it externally only and wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.
Before applying Ebspor Cream, clean and dry the affected area. Gently massage it into the skin. Avoid getting the medication in your eyes or mouth. If Ebspor Cream gets into your eyes, wash with plenty of water and contact your doctor if you experience irritation.
You must complete the full course of treatment even after the itching subsides. Ebspor Cream is an antifungal medication used to treat skin fungal infections. The fungus may still be present in deeper layers of the skin, even if symptoms appear to clear up. You may need to continue using the cream for 4-6 weeks.
Ebspor Cream is prescribed when the fungal infection on the skin's surface is superficial and localized. Sometimes, treating the superficial infection alone might not be enough. In other cases, oral antifungal therapy may be required for complete eradication of the fungus. Your doctor will decide whether Ebspor Cream or a combination of Ebspor Cream and oral medication is needed based on the severity and location of the fungal infection.
Fungal infections can develop due to factors like poor hygiene, a weakened immune system, stress, or side effects from other medications. Maintaining good hygiene practices can help prevent fungal infections: wash your body daily, trim your nails regularly, avoid sharing towels, ensure the infected area is thoroughly dry, and use clean cotton underwear. Also, avoid wearing tight-fitting clothing.
Ebspor Cream is an antifungal medication applied directly to the skin to treat superficial fungal infections. It can be used for dermatophyte (the fungus causing ringworm) and yeast infections on the skin surface. Ebspor Cream prevents the growth of fungi by hindering the formation of essential components of their cell membrane, which are crucial for structural and functional changes leading to abnormal cell wall synthesis.
If you forget to apply Ebspor Cream, don't worry and continue using it as soon as possible after remembering. However, if you have any doubts or uncertainties about the medication application, please consult your doctor.
