Your doctor will decide this based on your specific case.
Fungal infections can arise due to improper hygiene, a weakened immune system, or even stress. They may also occur as a side effect of other medications. Maintaining good hygiene practices can prevent fungal infections: bathe daily, trim your nails regularly, avoid sharing towels with others, thoroughly dry the affected area, and use clean, cotton undergarments. It's important to avoid wearing tight clothing. Follow your doctor’s instructions for completing the prescribed treatment, and avoid using creams containing steroids.
