Introduction

Testing blood glucose levels is an essential part of managing diabetes. These test strips help measure blood glucose levels quickly, accurately, and comfortably. The test strips are used with a blood glucose monitor device to keep managing diabetes and related symptoms.

Wash the hands with soap and water and pat them dry. Use an alcohol swab to clean the finger to ensure it is completely dry. Take a test strip and insert it into the slot on the glucometer before pricking the finger. Use a new and clean lancet and prick the side of the fingertip. Wait till the blood oozes out and wipe off the first drop. Then put a drop or two onto the designated place on the test strip. Hold a clean cotton pad or gauze on the area of the prick to stop the blood flow. The blood glucose level should appear on the glucometer’s display.

The test strips measure blood glucose levels quickly, accurately, and comfortably when used with a blood glucose monitor device.

Do not squeeze the finger when taking a blood drop sample.
