Easevert 8 Tablet should be swallowed whole with water and taken at the same time(s) each day to get the most benefit. Your doctor will decide what is the correct dose to relieve your symptoms and how often you need to take it. You may need to take this medicine for several months and you should take it for as long as prescribed by your doctor, even if you start feeling better. The most common side effects include headache, feeling sick, and indigestion (dyspepsia). You may also get stomach pain and bloating. Taking the medicine with food can help reduce stomach problems.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Easevert 8 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Easevert 8 Tablet is a histamine analog. It works by improving the blood flow in the inner ear which reduces the pressure of excess fluid there. Excess fluid can send signals to the brain causing nausea, dizziness or spinning sensations (symptoms of Ménière's disease). Easevert 8 Tablet additionally dampens down the nerve signals sent from the inner ear to the brain relieving the symptoms of Ménière's disease.
You have been prescribed Easevert 8 Tablet to relieve vertigo (dizziness), hearing problems, and tinnitus (noise in the ear) associated with Ménière's disease. It can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them. Taking it with food can help reduce stomach problems. Take it at the same time each day to maintain a steady amount of the medicine in your body. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcer, asthma, or low blood pressure.
Meniere's disease is a disorder of the balance and hearing organs in the inner ear. The symptoms include vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and pressure in the ears. Additionally, one may experience dizziness, which can cause nausea and vomiting. Treatment for Meniere's disease depends on individual factors and should be determined by a doctor. Open communication with your physician is essential to develop an appropriate treatment strategy tailored to your specific case.
Easevert 8 Tablet may be effective if used according to the dosage and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it even if you see a decrease in symptoms, as stopping early could result in symptom recurrence or worsening.
Triggers for Meniere's disease include stress, overwork, fatigue, emotional distress, and changes in environmental pressure. Certain foods like dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, and those with high sodium content may also play a role. A low-salt diet (less than 2 grams per day) can help manage vertigo related to Meniere's disease.
If you miss a dose of Easevert 8 Tablet, take it as soon as possible and remember. However, if it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the scheduled time. Do not double the dosage to compensate for a missed one, as this could increase the likelihood of developing side effects.
Stress can trigger vertigo. While it may exacerbate existing vertigo symptoms, it doesn't cause vertigo on its own.
Vertigo can be caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure or dehydration. Rapidly changing positions from sitting or lying down can also make individuals feel lightheaded. Other common causes include motion sickness, certain medications, and problems with the inner ear (Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma). It is important to remember that vertigo may sometimes be a symptom of other underlying conditions such as multiple sclerosis or head injuries.
The duration of treatment with Easevert 8 Tablet varies from person to person. Some individuals experience rapid symptom relief, while others may require a longer time period for improvement. It is essential to take the medication regularly and patiently wait for the results. Consulting your physician if you have any doubts regarding the appropriate dosage or duration is crucial.
Easevert 8 Tablet may cause mild stomach problems like vomiting, nausea, abdominal swelling (bloating), and bloating. Taking the medication with food can help reduce the likelihood of these side effects. However, the absorption rate might be reduced when taken with food.
