Common side effects include rash, nausea, and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or cause concern. Inform your doctor if you have any allergies or kidney/liver problems. This medicine is generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding if prescribed by your doctor. It may cause blurred vision, sleepiness, or dizziness, so avoid driving if these symptoms occur.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. E-Fact 100 DT Tablet is to be taken with food.

Magaldrate Sodium Bicarbonate

E-Fact 100 DT Tablet is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

Your doctor has prescribed E-Fact 100 DT Tablet to cure your infection and improve your symptoms. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection harder to treat. Discontinue E-Fact 100 DT Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it does not stop or if you find blood in your stools.
