How it works
Dysma-LM 400mg/10mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Doxofylline, Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Doxofylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist and Levocetirizine is an antiallergic. They block different chemical messengers (leukotriene, histamine) to reduce swelling in the airways. This relieves symptoms of asthma and allergy and makes breathing easier.

Stop taking Dysma-LM 400mg/10mg/5mg Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results. Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your cough worse. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor even if you feel better. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.
