The Dyna 1270 Hinged Knee Brace with Patellar Support is a lightweight, 4-way stretchable device that provides patellar support from all directions. It is designed to alleviate symptoms of patellar dislocation or subluxation, patellar tendonitis, OSD, and chondro malacia of patella. This product features a soft buttress pad that ensures the patella remains in position, an opposing hook and loop closure for additional knee stability, and hinges that promote natural knee movement.

Wrap the product around the knee with the patella tracked in the opening, keeping the wide portion upside. Ensure the hinges are placed on the medio-lateral sides of the knee. Fasten the hook and loop closure on the front and back side of the knee.
