Your child should not take more than four doses of this medicine in 24 hours, so wait up to 6 hours between doses. Inform the doctor if your child has liver disease as the dose may need to be adjusted. If Duramol DS 250mg Oral Suspension does not seem to be helping your child, contact your doctor for advice. You can administer this medicine for a temperature of 38.3°C (101°F) or higher. It's always recommended to consult your child’s doctor first before giving any medication.

Do not exceed four doses in 24 hours. Maintain a gap of at least 4-6 hours between doses. Do not take it for more than three days without consulting your doctor, as exceeding the recommended dose can be harmful. Usually, Duramol DS 250mg Oral Suspension does not interfere with the ingredients in vaccines or cause any adverse reactions. However, it’s best to wait until your child recovers from their illness and finishes the course of medication before administering a new vaccine. If there is uncertainty, consult your doctor.
