Durajoint GM New Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It is best taken with food to prevent upset stomach. Take it regularly as advised by your doctor and do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, heartburn, and urine discoloration. If you experience any side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, let your doctor know. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

Durajoint GM New Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diacerein, Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride, and Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. Diacerein and Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride are proteoglycan synthesis stimulators, while Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) is a nutritional supplement. Together, they help in the building of cartilage, leading to joint repair. MSM additionally lowers inflammation of the joints.
