Drotin DS Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at the same time every day for better results. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, and dryness in the mouth. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. It may also make you feel dizzy due to low blood pressure, if that happens take precautions while driving.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Drotin DS Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Drotin DS Tablet is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves contractions (spasms) associated with smooth muscles in the abdomen.

Drotin DS Tablet helps relieve pain due to smooth muscle spasms such as menstrual pain pain due to kidney stone and colicky pain. Take it as per dose and duration suggested by your doctor. It may cause a drop in your blood pressure. Monitor your blood pressure regularly and inform your doctor if you have a history of low blood pressure. Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Drotin DS Tablet may cause dizziness. Inform your doctor if you have severe kidney, liver, or heart disease.
