Drotacan 10mg/5ml Oral Suspension is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves contractions (spasms) associated with smooth muscles in the abdomen. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at the same time every day for better results. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for.
