Dresin Mouthwash & Gargle is a combination of two medicines: Benzydamine and Chlorhexidine gluconate. It is used to treat mouth infections. Benzydamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Chlorhexidine gluconate is an antiseptic and disinfectant. It works by binding to the surface of teeth, inner cheeks, and gums, killing the infectious microorganisms that cause gum disease, tartar, and other mouth infections. It should be used as directed by your doctor. Do not use it more than the recommended dose. After taking a measured amount of this medicine in the mouth, rinse thoroughly so that it reaches every corner of the mouth. The spit out after rinsing. Do not swallow the medicine.
This medicine is for external use only. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not dilute the solution. Gargle in the mouth for at least 30 seconds and spit after use.
