Five Phos tablet is a biochemic combination product prepared from five phosphorus tissue salts of Schuessler's remedies. It is a potentised form of the 12 essential minerals that our body needs to repair and maintain proper molecular balance. These salts play an important role in cell metabolism by restoring the mineral balance in the body.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, give 2-4 tablets 3-4 times a day. Children are to receive half the dose.
