Dr. Reckeweg Urea Pura Dilution is a remedy brought together by doctors to cure problems related to the kidney. The fatigue in turn causes sleepiness allowing practically making the patient feel without any energy. In some extreme cases, the foot swelling is also observed which is because of kidney failure.
