Eye Drop
Dorcare T Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines, Dorzolamide and Timolol, used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It works by decreasing the production of aqueous humor in the eye, thereby relieving pressure. This helps in alleviating symptoms and reducing the risk of vision loss. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and take necessary precautions while using this medication.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
Dorcare T Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dorzolamide and Timolol. Dorzolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and Timolol is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
Remove contact lenses before using Dorcare T Eye Drop and wait at least 15 minutes before re-inserting them. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after putting the medication to prevent it from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye. For best results, put one drop 2-3 times daily in the affected eye(s). To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface. When applying multiple eye medications, wait for at least 5-15 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution of the medicine.
