Doprix Injection is a sympathomimetic agonist used to treat low blood pressure due to heart attack, infection, heart surgery, or trauma, and heart failure. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the kidneys, gut, brain, and heart, restoring poor blood supply and oxygen delivery to these organs. It also increases urine production in the kidneys and protects them from injury. The dose needs to be individually adjusted as per the patient's response to the therapy.
