Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effect is dryness in the mouth. Migraine attacks can be managed by identifying migraine-causing triggers such as red wine, caffeine withdrawal, stress, and skipped meals. Pregnancy Warning

Dompar 10mg/500mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Consult your doctor.

Dompar 10mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is a prokinetic that works on the brain region controlling vomiting and increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, preventing nausea and vomiting caused by migraine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers causing pain and fever associated with migraine.

Helps to ease the pain during a migraine headache and stops nausea. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help. Inform your doctor if you are taking any pain relief medicine. Can decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them. Tips to avoid a migraine attack: Have meals at the same time every day, avoid bright lights and extreme temperatures, avoid loud music and noisy places, avoid chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking, get sufficient sleep, and avoid stress.
