Take it on an empty stomach with a glass of water. It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Do not take it with other sedating medications such as cough and cold medications as the combination could worsen dizziness leading to falls or other accidents Take it with food.
