Domcet Suspension contains two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is an antiemetic that works on the vomiting center in the brain. It also increases the movement of the muscles of the stomach and intestines allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraines. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause the pain associated with migraine.
Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids if diarrhea develops as a side effect Do not give any other medicines containing paracetamol along with this medicine as that may lead to serious side effects Do not mix Domcet Suspension with any herbal or ayurvedic preparations as it will not be effective Stop the medicine and report to the doctor on an immediate basis if your child exhibits side effects such as itching, breathing difficulty, and swelling of the face soon after taking Domcet Suspension Domcet Suspension helps to ease the pain you feel during a migraine headache as well as helps to stop you from feeling sick
