The medicine should be taken with food to prevent an upset stomach. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, loss of appetite, and heartburn. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, or any heart, kidney, or liver issues. Also, disclose any other medications you are taking as they may interact with this medicine.
