Dofol 400mg Tablet is used to treat and prevent symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) by relaxing the muscles of the air passages.

Introduction

Dofol 400mg Tablet can be taken with food in the evening. Take it in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. The dose and frequency depend on the condition being treated. It does not work immediately or prevent already started breathing trouble, so always carry your medical inhaler for emergencies. Common side effects include vomiting, headache, nausea, and stomach upset. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and high-caffeine products like coffee, tea, and dark chocolates as they can enhance side effects. Inform your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dofol 400mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Dofol 400mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves and cocoa beans.

Dofol 400mg Tablet is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widens airways, making breathing easier.

You have been prescribed Dofol 400mg Tablet for prevention and treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It should be taken at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food. It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you. Your doctor may take regular blood tests to monitor potassium levels and the level of this medicine in your body. Notify your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney, liver, or heart disease, or if you have a smoking history. Your dose may need to be adjusted. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
